Made from first-harvest 2026 tea leaves grown in Kagoshima, Japan, this matcha is from the Saemidori cultivar, known for its bright green colour and clean, fresh flavour.

Servings

Recommended 4g per serve for a strong matcha flavour

• 30g pouch: approx. 7-8 serves

• 70g pouch: approx. 17-18 serves

Suggested Recipe (Hot or Iced)

Ingredients:

• 4g matcha (approx. 2 metric tsps)

• 30ml hot water (max 80°C)

• 200ml milk of choice

• Sweetener optional

Method:

Sift matcha into a cup or bowl.

Add hot water and whisk until smooth and clump-free.

Heat milk (or use chilled milk and ice for iced drinks).

Pour matcha into milk and sweeten if desired.
