Customers agree to use the site lawfully.

All prices are in AUD.
Prices may change without notice.

3. Orders
Orders are subject to availability.
We may cancel/refund orders if stock errors occur.

4. Payments
Accepted payment methods (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay).

4. Hold On Your Card
When you please your order we take a charge over your card for that amount. When we finalise your order we then charge the correct amount, for example we may be missing items and you might like to substitute or get delivery without the missing items. Also for some reasons delivery might not be possible to your area).

6. Product descriptions
While we do our best to ensure all product details, prices, images, and availability information on our website are accurate and up to date, occasional errors may occur.

Wholefoods reserves the right to correct any mistakes or inaccuracies, including pricing errors, product descriptions, or stock information, at any time and without prior notice.

If an error affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of the correct information, and give you the option to:

proceed with the order at the correct price or details,

make changes to your order, or

cancel the order for a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding and will always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

6. Liability - Reasonable limitation 
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights, guarantees or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). To the extent permitted by law, Wholefoods (including its employees, agents and contractors) is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with:

any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including delays, supply issues, delivery interruptions, or third-party system failures;

indirect, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity, or loss of data;

your use of this website or any products purchased, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of ACL consumer guarantees.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited under the ACL, our liability is limited (at our option) to repairing, replacing, or refunding the product, or the resupply of the services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
