Shipping & Delivery Policy

Refrigerated Shipping Victoria Only

We do not ship refrigerated outside Victoria and cannot send to all postcodes in Victoria as our refrigerated courier only goes to about 90% of postcodes.

Shipping - Melbourne & Victoria - Selected Post Codes

This will be calculated based on three zones set by our courier that covers most (about 90% of postcodes) but not all of Victoria.

Please note that our courier does not go to all towns within a postcode so there may be some exceptions where we cannot deliver and we will contact you if that happens.

If no one is available to receive your delivery, our drivers or courier partners will leave your order at your door or in a safe location.

Please note you are responsible for ensuring the location is suitable for leaving perishable goods.

If your order is stolen or damaged after being left, we cannot offer a replacement or credit.

Delivery Times - because we use couriers for most deliveries, we are unable to provide delivery times.

Free Store Pick-Up

You are welcome to pick up your order from any of our three Wholefoods stores at no charge.
