Terms and Conditions

1. Orders will not be packed until payment is received by Stripe or Bank Transfer. 

2. We do our best to get your order ready for pickup or delivery within the time frame indicated however sometimes things out of our control may impact our ability to do so.

3. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

4. All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving Wholefoods, we are not responsible for any damage once your order has left our hands.. This applies if you are arranging your own courier, friend to pick up or Uber etc.

5. If you have any issues with the quality of any item please contact us to discuss. If applicable we will arrange a refund, exchange or credit. 

6. Noting that we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged and have been returned to us. 

7. Please email with photographs so we can confirm replacement or refund or credit policy will apply.

8. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, and you have made payment, we will get in touch to offer you a credit or to organise a refund.

9. Refunds can take up to two weeks for banks to process back to your credit card but are usually five business days.
