Shipping & Pick Up Orders
Chilled Shipping Melbourne & Victoria
We deliver Fresh Produce Boxes and chilled products each week around Melbourne Metro and regional Victoria.
Shipping costs depend on your total spend.
Each time you hit a hundred dollar mark the shipping cost reduces.
If you are not home to receive your delivery, we'll leave it at the door or in a safe place.
Delivery times cannot be specified as we use an independent courier for most deliveries.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery can be left in a suitable, safe location. If your order is stolen, we will not be able to provide you with a replacement or credit.
National Shipping
For all other items (besides produce boxes and chilled products) we offer Australia-wide shipping using Australia Post or Sendle.
Pick Up Orders At No Charge
If you want to pick up an order at one of our three stores there is no charge. This is a great way to get your shopping organised to save you time and money.
Produce boxes are packed for pickup by 2pm each Friday. Of course you can come on Saturday or Sunday if that suits you better and we will keep your box in our coolroom.
When will you get your box delivered?
It depends where you live and if we deliver using our vans or send your order by refrigerated courier. Please feel free to email us at warehouse@wholefoods.com.au and we will let you know.
