Do you deliver or ship orders?
Yes we do, temperature stable groceries we send all over Australia using Australia Post or Sendle.
Fresh produce and chilled orders on Fridays only within 15km of Melbourne's CBD. Check your postcode to see if we deliver to you on the Deliveries page.
Is there a handling fee for 'Pick-Up at Store' orders?
No, pick-ups at each of our three stores are free.
Is there a minimum order value?
What days are fresh produce and chilled orders delivered or ready for pick up?
Organic Produce box and chilled orders are delivered on Friday or available for pick up at any of our three stores on Friday afternoon.
What days are temperature stable orders sent?
We quote on shipping with a courier and only ask for payment when you accept. We then pick and pack and organise shipping five days per week.
What are our pick up days?
Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday.
I am a food business. Can I negotiate better pricing?
Yes you can. We are able to set up special pricing, which shows up when you log in. We want your business! Please send an email to us at warehouse@wholefoods.com.au
