After my alarm clock goes off, I usually find myself half asleep, trying to find something healthy to bring with me to school, rushing out the door accompanied by more than a few coffee stains on my scrubs. Eating nutritious IS challenging. It takes preparation, dedication, self-control, and (unless you live on/nearby a farm) a little more money. But it does get easier- when you keep in mind that the benefits outweigh all of the barriers and allow yourself time for these choices to become habits. It also helps when you are in a hurry and find great products to grab on the go- like these Mary’s Gone Crackers!
