Home Deliveries this week on Friday or Saturday (mostly) due to Thursday Australia Day Holiday.

We offer a selection of 4000 items that we stock in our two locations. If there is something that you would like and it is not on our website please send an email and we may very well carry it or can get it for you.

 - Our main delivery day for Melbourne Metro is Friday with orders to be sent to us from the website or by email by Wednesday evening. -

Please note that prices are subject to change without notice, especially the fruit and vegetables that are priced on Monday and Thursday each week. This is due to fluctuations in the prices of the fresh produce we receive from our suppliers.

We do however, try where possible to ensure that the prices contained on this website are up to date where possible to ensure you receive your goods at a close to the advertised price as possible.

Please note we can send dry goods (non-refrigerated) anywhere in Australia using Australia Post or courier. Please go to our home delivery info page for delivery charges and a list of the suburbs we deliver to.

Dry goods can go  anywhere in Australia  using the Australia Post service.  Please send us an email for your free no obligation quote.

Delivery Information

Ordering with us is easy. You can order either by fax, email or online. Whatever suits you? You can call us during business hours if you have any questions - we will be happy to answer them. All foods (including refrigerated) are possible for metroplitan Melbourne delivery. 

 

Fruit, vegetables and refrigerated foods that are perishable cannot be sent to country Victoria or interstate. However we can send non perishable foods to these areas.

 

We may also be able to arrange delivery on other days but if you are interested in fruit and vegetables most of these are bought at market on Thursday and are thus freshest for delivery the day after market.

 

Payment is done by credit card which we can get from you either over the phone or through our secure website (this option will automatically come up when you purchase products on our website and is thus the easiest option). If you instruct us to we can hold onto your payment details for any future transactions.

 

Please note that the prices you actually pay are our in store prices and these are subject to change without notice, especially the fresh fruit and vegetables which are priced in store each Monday and Thursday.

 The website is updated each Monday so the price you pay may vary slightly from your order from time to time.

Delivery Areas & Charges

We will deliver anywhere in Australia. Obviously the further away you are from us the more it is likely to cost in delivery fees. It is important to bear in mind that companies who do not charge you delivery fees will be passing this cost onto you in some other way.

We prefer an up front method where you can clearly see where your money is being spent. For this reason we keep all of our food prices to a minimum and charge you an honest delivery fee. Also if we can find a cheaper way to send your delivery we will do it and charge you the lesser price.

 

Melbourne Metro: Orders cost $9.95 (inc. GST - up to 20kg) delivery - which is a great price considering all the time, effort and transport costs you save! This includes deliveries of fresh produce.

If you live outside of the Melbourne Metropolitan area then we cannot send any perishables. However, we can send you anything that is not considered perishable. Here is a general guide of costs:

  

Victoria: Prices start at $7.70 up to 1kg and then go up 50c for every kg (for example a package weighing 2kg would cost $8.20 and a package weight 3kg would cost $8.70 etc)

 

Interstate: If you are outside of Victoria then we will give you a quote on the delivery costs but generally speaking the cost for packages sent to any other state or territory in Australia is around about $10 up to 1 kg and then an additional $2 for every kg beyond that (for example a 2kg package will cost approximately $12 and a package weight 3kg would cost $14 etc)

 

If your delivery is more than 20kg or more than 1 box then we will contact you with a final quote as we may be able to find a cheaper option to send your goods other than the criteria set out above.
